١. من نحن
«مسمار» تطبيق تعليمي يتيح للطلاب متابعة الدورات والمحاضرات المصوّرة وأداء الاختبارات، ويتيح للمعلمين نشر محتواهم وإدارة طلابهم. تشرح هذه السياسة البيانات التي نجمعها عند استخدامك للتطبيق، وسبب جمعها، ومع من نشاركها، وحقوقك تجاهها.

٢. البيانات التي نجمعها
نجمع فقط ما يلزم لتشغيل الخدمة. لا نطلب موقعك الجغرافي، ولا ندخل إلى جهات اتصالك، ولا نعرض إعلانات، ولا نستخدم أدوات تتبّع إعلانية.

ما لا نجمعه
- لا نجمع الموقع الجغرافي (GPS) ولا نطلب إذنه.
- لا نصل إلى جهات الاتصال أو الرسائل النصية أو سجل المكالمات.
- لا نجمع أي بيانات دفع أو أرقام بطاقات — لا تتم أي عملية دفع داخل التطبيق.
- لا نستخدم شبكات إعلانية ولا نبيع بياناتك لأي جهة.
عند رفعك صورة، يفتح التطبيق منتقي الصور الخاص بنظام التشغيل، فلا يصل التطبيق إلى معرض صورك بل إلى الصورة التي تختارها أنت فقط.
٣. مع من نشارك البيانات
لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها لأغراض تسويقية. نشاركها فقط مع مزوّدي الخدمات التقنية اللازمين لتشغيل التطبيق:

| Vimeo | يستضيف فيديوهات قديمة نُشرت قبل انتقالنا إلى Bunny، ويستمر تشغيلها منه. |
قد نكشف عن بيانات إذا ألزمنا القانون العراقي النافذ بذلك، أو لحماية حقوق مستخدمينا وسلامتهم.
يقع بعض هؤلاء المزوّدين خارج العراق، وبالتالي قد تُعالَج بياناتك على خوادم في دول أخرى.
٤. من يرى بياناتك داخل التطبيق
- يرى المعلّم اسم الطالب المسجّل في دوراته ونتائج اختباراته في مادته، والرسائل المتبادلة معه.
- لا يرى الطلاب بيانات بعضهم البعض.
- يطّلع فريق الإدارة على البيانات بالقدر اللازم للدعم الفني ومراجعة المحتوى المنشور.
٥. خصوصية الأطفال
«مسمار» منصّة موجّهة لطلاب المدارس، ونتوقع أن يكون بعض مستخدميها دون سن الرشد. إذا كان عمر المستخدم أقل من ١٣ عاماً، يجب أن يتم إنشاء الحساب واستخدام التطبيق بموافقة وليّ الأمر وإشرافه. نجمع من الطلاب القاصرين الحد الأدنى الضروري فقط كما هو مبيّن في القسم الثاني، ولا نستخدم بياناتهم لأي غرض إعلاني أو تسويقي.
إذا كنت وليّ أمر وتعتقد أن طفلك زوّدنا ببيانات دون موافقتك، راسلنا على help@mismar.app وسنحذفها.
٦. مدّة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
- تبقى بيانات حسابك ما دام الحساب قائماً.
- تُحذف رموز التحقق تلقائياً بعد انتهاء صلاحيتها القصيرة.
- يُحذف رمز الإشعارات عند تسجيل الخروج.
- عند حذف حسابك تُحذف بياناتك الشخصية، وقد نبقي سجلات مجهّلة الهوية لأغراض إحصائية لا يمكن ربطها بك.
٧. حقوقك
- الاطلاع على البيانات المحفوظة عنك.
- التصحيح — يمكنك تعديل اسمك وصورتك وبياناتك من شاشة الملف الشخصي.
- الحذف — يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك بالكامل.
- الاعتراض على معالجة معيّنة أو سحب موافقتك.
لممارسة أي من هذه الحقوق راسلنا على help@mismar.app، ونستجيب خلال ٣٠ يوماً كحد أقصى.
٨. حماية البيانات
- جميع الاتصالات بين التطبيق وخوادمنا مشفّرة عبر HTTPS.
- كلمات المرور مخزّنة بتجزئة أحادية الاتجاه ولا يمكن استرجاعها.
- رموز التحقق تُخزَّن مجزّأة أيضاً ولها صلاحية زمنية قصيرة وعدد محاولات محدود.
- الوصول الإداري إلى البيانات محصور بالحسابات المخوّلة.
لا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين إلكترونية آمنة بنسبة ١٠٠٪، لكننا نلتزم بإجراءات معقولة لحماية بياناتك.
٩. تعديلات على هذه السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة عند تغيّر التطبيق أو المتطلبات القانونية. سيظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث في أعلى الصفحة، وإذا كان التغيير جوهرياً سنُعلمك داخل التطبيق.

1. Who we are
Mismar is an educational app where students follow courses and recorded lectures and take quizzes, and teachers publish content and manage their students. This policy explains what data we collect when you use the app, why, who we share it with, and what rights you have.

2. Data we collect
We collect only what the service needs. We do not request your location, do not access your contacts, show no ads, and use no advertising trackers.

| Device identifier | A random value the app generates on install — not a hardware ID and not linkable to you outside the app. Used to enforce the per-code device limit; it is discarded when you uninstall. |

| Chat messages and images | Delivering the conversation between you and your teacher. |
| Quiz answers and scores | Grading, shown to you and to the subject teacher. |

What we do not collect
- No GPS or location data — the permission is never requested.
- No access to contacts, SMS, or call logs.
- No payment or card data — no payment is processed inside the app.
- No ad networks, and we never sell your data.
When you upload an image the app opens the operating system's photo picker, so the app receives only the picture you choose, not your gallery.
3. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data or share it for marketing. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the app:

| Vimeo | Hosts older videos published before we moved to Bunny; they continue to play from there. |
We may disclose data where required by applicable Iraqi law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
Some of these providers are located outside Iraq, so your data may be processed on servers in other countries.
4. Who sees your data inside the app
- Teachers see the names of students enrolled in their courses, those students' quiz results in their subject, and messages exchanged with them.
- Students cannot see each other's data.
- The administration team accesses data only as needed for support and content moderation.
5. Children's privacy
Mismar is aimed at school students, and we expect some users to be minors. Where a user is under 13, the account must be created and used with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. From minors we collect only the minimum described in section 2, and we never use their data for advertising or marketing.
If you are a guardian and believe your child provided data without your consent, email help@mismar.app and we will delete it.
6. Data retention
- Account data is kept while the account exists.
- Verification codes are deleted automatically once they expire, which is quick.
- The push token is deleted when you sign out.
- When you delete your account your personal data is deleted; we may keep anonymised records for statistics that cannot be linked back to you.
7. Your rights
- Access the data we hold about you.
- Correction — you can edit your name, photo and details from the profile screen.
- Deletion — you can request full deletion of your account and data.
- Objection to a particular processing, or withdrawal of your consent.
To exercise any of these, email help@mismar.app. We respond within 30 days at the latest.
8. How we protect data
- All traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted over HTTPS.
- Passwords are stored as one-way hashes and cannot be recovered.
- Verification codes are also stored hashed, expire quickly, and allow a limited number of attempts.
- Administrative access to data is restricted to authorised accounts.
No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we apply reasonable measures to protect your data.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app or legal requirements change. The last-updated date appears at the top of this page, and for material changes we will notify you inside the app.
